When you fill in a form or call (216) 555-0173, the site may collect your name, phone number, email address, street or town and the description you give of your basement. We use those details to pass your request to one independent local contractor so it can contact you, and to answer any question you send us.

Your details are seen by that one contractor. Companies that host the site, deliver form messages or route and record phone calls may also process them, strictly to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or rent out contact lists. We may disclose information when a court order or a law compels it.

Like most websites, this one may log basic technical data such as browser type, pages viewed and the referring page. Phone calls may be handled by a call-tracking provider that records the time, length and number of each call. You can switch off cookies in your browser and the pages will still work.

Once the contractor has your request, what you share with that business falls under its own privacy practices, not ours. We keep form records for as long as the referral and normal business records reasonably need them.

The site is not meant for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the contact form or call the number above. If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Ohio law applies to this policy and to how it is read.
